Problem
Wang needed to announce their new Digital Voice Exchange system DVX.

Solution
By showing the standard telephone cord I was able to get the idea across visually that the brochure was telephone related. When you opened the brochure (10A) you saw a progression metaphor of using an old rotary phone, a new push button phone with notes pasted all over it. In text we told the story of how DVX would make your push button with the sticky notes as obsolete as the rotary telephone.
