Problem
The product manager needed to explain how the Telecommunication Monitoring System works, as it called every telephone in the city at night by putting a low voltage signal across the line.

Solution
The dots represent telephone switches in the telecommunication industry and the lines are how these are networked together.

Unfortunately on the web you may have trouble seeing the city in the background as it is printed as glossy black varnish with the rest of the piece being dull varnish.
